Shipping Information

 
• WE SHIP EVERY DAY ---------- EXCEPT WEEKENDS!
 
• WE PROVIDE TRACKING NUMBERS ON ALL ORDERS:  
   - You may track your order(s) online at any time.
   - eBike has contract with several major freight carriers for the best shipping service. 
   - Delivery services take anywhere between 1 to 5 business days.
 
• ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEE MAY APPLY:
   - Most ATV's are shipped free of charge.
   - Free Shipping Item - Only apply to 1000 miles radius from Stafford, TX.  And,
   must be inside the U.S.
   - But of course there are exceptions.  Our shipping warehouse is located in
      13715 Murphy Road, Stafford, TX 77477 If you are too far from the
      warehouse, please expect to pay an additional $100 to $300 on shipping(the rate
      may change upon freight company). Depend on the total order quantities.
   -  Please also notice that Mammoth800, Mammoth800 Deluxe, Jaguar500,  
      Jaguar500 Deluxe, Falcon110, Coyote90, Coyote110, Coyote150, and Viper110
      will not include free shipping!!
   -  For "Shipping Quote" please send us an E-Mail( info@eATV.us ) with your
      "Zip Code".  Please briefly describe which model are you interesting to buy? And,
     the number of quantity?
 
• BUSINESS DELIVERY:  
   -  You may also request shipping to your place of business with a loading dock.
 
• WAREHOUSE PICKUP:
   -  13715 Murphy Road, Stafford, TX 77477
   -  Monday to Friday. 9:00am to 5:00pm.
 
• PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON ARRIVAL:
   -  Any damages and contact us immediately upon discovery.  Please contact with
       freight company immediately to claim your shipping damage.
   -  REFUSE SHIPMENT IF NEEDED!!
 
• SHIPPING NOTICE:
   -  Due to the risk of damage in shipping, it is the responsibility of the  customer to
       inspect the contents of an order before signing for delivery.  If damage is
       cosmetic please accept delivery and file a shipping claim of damage with the
       shipping company. If damage is un-repairable, please "Refuse Shipment" noting
       damage on delivery receipt and we will resend a new order. We will  not accept
       returns of damaged products that have been signed for delivery.
